Great Friday Flag Football Tournament Details

The Great Friday Bowl is a 5 on 5 Flag Football tournament for grades 7 to 12B. There will be 4 Divisions of play:

  • Bantam (Co-Ed - Grade 7 and 8)
  • Women's High School (Grade 9 to 12)
  • Junior High School ( Grade 9 and 10)
  • Senior High School (Grade 11 to 12B)

Rules: NFL Flag Canada (Slight variations TBA).  Full details are as follows:

  • Date: Good Friday, April 7th, 2023
  • 6 Teams per division (first paid first registered)
  • 3 Games + Playoffs (Top 4)
  • 24-minute Games
  • $300 per Team (HST Included)

We run youth flag football and adult touch football leagues. Adult leagues have A through E divisions and play at Soccer World in Hamilton.  We offer both Fall and Winter seasons. Touch Football is a variant of tackle football with similar rules but instead of tackling players to the ground, the person carrying the ball need only be touched by a member of the opposite team to end a down.
