The Gold Bowl is a 5on5 touch football tournament for high school (under 19) football players.

COVID rules are outside our control and may change without notice. Currently, all participants and spectators must wear masks and be fully vaccinated. No capacity limit. Masks are not required while "actively participating".

We run youth flag football and adult touch football leagues. Adult leagues have A through E divisions and play at Soccer World in Hamilton and Players' Paradise in Stoney Creek. We offer both Fall and Winter seasons. Touch Football is a variant of tackle football with similar rules but instead of tackling players to the ground, the person carrying the ball need only be touched by a member of the opposite team to end a down.
Our games are played by amateurs and some retired professionals on a recreational basis. The majority of players participate in TFONT outdoor leagues and summer tournaments.
