Touch Football League includes leagues for men and high school aged players, A through E men's divisions and varsity 5on5 programs at Soccer World. We offer Fall, Winter & Summer seasons. Touch Football is a variant of tackle football with similar rules but instead of tackling players to the ground, the person carrying the ball need only be touched by a member of the opposite team to end a down.

Schedules & Rules
Soccer World football programs provide year round opportunities to play football. A perfect way to continue friendships, and maintain fitness. Many of our players also play in other summer leagues including Hamilton Touch Football Association and Golden Horseshoe Touch Football Association. During the off season a number of locally based CFL players train at our facility. Also, Lirim Hajrullahu and Coach Kick train and offer clinics at the dome. Our games are played by amateurs and some retired professionals on a recreational basis. The majority of players participate in TFONT outdoor leagues and summer tournaments. The indoor season runs at Soccer World in Hamilton.
