Adult Football
Play all year with our indoor 5-on-5 or summer 7-on-7 outdoor Touch Football leagues. Touch Football follows many of the same rules as tackle football, but instead of tackling, players simply need to touch the ball carrier to stop the play. All fun, non-contact, and perfect for all skill levels.

Schedules & Rules
Soccer World football programs provide year round opportunities to play football. A perfect way to continue friendships, and maintain fitness. Many of our players also play in other summer leagues including Hamilton Touch Football Association and Golden Horseshoe Touch Football Association. During the off season a number of locally based CFL players train at our facility. Also, Lirim Hajrullahu and Coach Kick train and offer clinics at the dome. Our games are played by amateurs and some retired professionals on a recreational basis. The majority of players participate in TFONT outdoor leagues and summer tournaments. The indoor season runs at Soccer World in Hamilton.
