HamOnt Sports football programs include Adult Touch Football and Youth Flag Football. Starting at 5yrs we have regular leagues that run Fall, Winter and Summer. Whether you have played in High School, OUA or the CFL leagues, want to get your kids involved or looking to get back into the game we have something for you!
Soccer World, located at 104 Frid Street in Hamilton, offers Flag and Touch Football leagues both indoors and outside in the summer. Programs start for players as young as 5yrs. The indoor Fall youth season runs from September to December, while the Winter season runs January to April. Indoor programs run at Soccer World and Wentworth Sports Complex in Hamilton. Summer leagues run at St. Jean de Brébeuf high school while camps are based at Wentworth Sports Complex. Men's Touch Football seasons starts after Thanksgiving and wraps up the last weekend in April.
