Intro Flag Football
Our Intro Flag Football (SK-Gr1) classes are the perfect introduction to football. Weekly sessions with imaginative activities, skills and games taught in a fun way will keep your little ones learning, active and engaged.
Classes are jam packed with fun games, drills and scrimmages. New skills, routes and terminology are progressively introduced so scrimmages evolve into full games where players catch under pressure and score touchdowns!

Junior Flag
Games where players (Gr2-4) develop in a supportive, safe and non-contact environment. Focus is on the basics and scoring touchdowns!
Intermediate
High scoring games (Gr4-6) where experienced coaches play QB ensuring everyone gets the chance to be successful.
Senior Flag
Designed for players (Gr7-9) of all skill levels with an emphasis on the fundamentals of flag football such as receiving, rushing and defense.
Varsity
Full action football for high schoolers (Gr9-12) with adult referees, player QB's and rushers. Intense and very competitive.
Summer
Outdoor summer program (SK-Gr12) where players will learn new skills and play games in a fun, supportive environment.
Camp
Football camp (8-14yrs) will challenge your player while keeping them active and engaged all week.
