Men's 7v7 Fundraiser
The Afghan Cup is in support of Afghanistan Relief. It is a one day 7v7 outdoor tournament. Hosted by Manny Haidary & Soccer World, this Hamilton soccer event runs on Saturday, September 25th and uses the turf field at Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School.
Tournament is run by Soccer World, a sports organization and not a member of Ontario Soccer. As such, rules for return to play, fees and player books are different. Players will be required to sign the standard waiver and agree to Soccer World implemented COVID rules and protocols for safe play. Unlimited roster size, no masks, no restrictions on game rules.

Soccer World summer leagues are for adult recreation. The Men's 11v11 league plays games on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and runs from June to September. Fields used include turf, BGT Sports Field, HDCH and city "A" class grass fields. The Men's (Wednesday and Sunday) and Sunday COED 7v7 leagues play on turf at Henderson.
Fall and winter leagues are for adult recreation and play at Soccer World. Women's play on Mondays, COED on Fridays and Sundays and Men's on weeknights and Sundays. Fall runs between Thanksgiving and end of January. Winter runs February to end of April.
